Custom Product Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our custom product services! To ensure you understand our policies, please carefully read the following terms:
  1. Special Nature of Custom Products
    Since custom products are designed and produced based on your personalized requirements, they are unique and non-replaceable. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or refunds without valid reasons. Please double-check the design, size, color, and other details before confirming your order to ensure accuracy.
  2. No Refunds or Returns for Non-Quality Issues
    If the final product does not meet expectations due to errors in the design files, text content, or product specifications provided by the customer, we will not be able to offer a refund or return. Please ensure all information is accurate before placing your order.
  3. Handling Our Responsibility
    If the product does not meet the order requirements due to our errors (e.g., printing mistakes, material issues, or production defects), please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide relevant photos or videos as proof. We will offer the following solutions based on the specific situation:
  • Remake: For fixable issues, we will remake the product for free;
  • Partial Compensation: If the issue cannot be resolved through remaking, we will provide partial compensation based on the actual loss, with the specific amount determined through mutual agreement.
  1. Handling Shipping Damage
    If the product is damaged during shipping, please take photos upon delivery and confirm responsibility with the logistics company. Meanwhile, contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in communicating with the logistics company and provide remaking or partial compensation based on the actual situation.
  2. Additional Notes

All compensation or remaking solutions must be proposed within 7 working days after confirming the issue;

This policy applies to all custom products, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, and gifts;
